Art Deco Blanket/Glory Box.
Classic art deco designed box of walnut veneer,oak ply,beech and hardboard on back and drawer bottom. Remnant of transfer on inside back left is for cabinetmaker Alan M Murie Ltd Auckland. They made many of these boxes and l have restored some previously. Lovely metal handles and has top escutcheon. Working lock with key but top plate is broken. Has an internal lift out tray. Small dents in side walnut panels with the one on the right needing a repair. Included in photos. There is no borer.
