Two lovely American oak chests/ cabinets. Could be used as bedsides or matching pair of chests. Made from an old dressing table. A few marks on sides that had been attached in middle. Drawers with new metal knobs become progressively deeper from top to bottom. Dovetail joints on drawer fronts. Quality cabinetmaking. Solid oak on body and art Deco style base. Drawer sides and backs solid rimu and bottoms rimu ply. I found a few borer holes in the back of one of the sides. Not live but treated it anyway and filled holes with hard wax. Small upstands at back of tops.
